AMATEUR FILM, DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY

** No professionals may compete for premiums in this department.
** Photos will not be accepted if deemed to be objectionable or unfit for family viewing.
** The name of the photographer must be placed on the back side of the photo and mounting.
** Photograph must have been taken by the exhibitor and within the last TWO years.
** The Judge has the right to reclassify any photo which has been entered in the wrong division/lot.
** All snapshots, enlargements and black and white photos must be mounted on black or white POSTER board with a 1 inch outside border..
** No frames allowed.
**Front matte overlays must have a black or white 1 inch matte with a clear, half exposed adhesive hanger in the middle of the top back of the photo with the exhibitor's name on the back of the exhibit. (Matte and hanger available at Ribbon & Rail)
** No repeat entry of any photo.
**Each exhibitor is allowed to enter only one entry per lot.
** Classification of exhibitors: Exhibitors can enter as Advanced, Novice, Junior, Youth, or Child photographers.
- You have been a member of a camera club for one or more years.
- You have sold any of your photography work.
- You have completed advanced classes in photography in high school, college, or and adult education setting.
You MAY enter the Novice division if you have not met any of the above criteria.
You MAY enter the Junior division if you are 13 to 18 years of age, Youth division if you are 8 to 12 years of age, Child division if you are 7 or younger years of age. If you enter the Junior, Youth, or Child division, you must put your name and age on the back of the entry.

6. Richland County Fair and Rodeo-photo taken at the previous RCF&R
7. Skyscapes -sunset, moon, sunrise, fireworks,weather in action, etc.
8. Still life – assembled pose or planned theme inanimate object (no people or animals)
9. Textures – image demonstrates texture or surface of object
10. Waterscapes – image capturing water as main subject
11. Silhouette-shown against a light background
12. Special Occasions – including couples, group, or singles
13. Children-single or multiple
14. People-single or multiple
15. Rural or Agricultural-farm machinery, farm animals, structures
16. Animals-Pets
17. Flowers or Plants

**Sepia or black and white photos.
**A clear, half exposed adhesive hanger in the middle of the top back of the photo is required.
**Size photos are 4x6 or 5x7 or 8x10
**All ages/divisions are acceptable
**Exhibitor’s name must be on the back of the exhibit.
