Fair Exhibit Entry Information

Definitions:
Entry Sheets: The official Entry form to list the exhibits you plan to bring to the fair.
Entry Article: Also known as exhibit. Actual article to be judged and/or displayed during fair.

**Entry sheets will be accepted any time prior to 9:00 PM Sunday, August 1. If mailed they must
be postmarked by Monday, July 26. This will ensure receipt of entry form into the
Fair office by the deadline.**

**The Entry schedule is listed below. The tags will be preprinted and at the
Agriculture Building Entry Booth for you to pickup and put on the article/exhibit you have
entered.**
Please note the Agriculture Building is open during Judging.

The Entry schedule is as follows:

Sunday, August 1, 2010
Agriculture Building open to receive Community Booth Backdrops from 5 PM to 8 PM
Pre-registry of entries closes for ALL departments at 9 PM

Monday, August 2, 2010
All departments, except Floriculture will be open to receive entries from 6 PM to
8 PM at the Agriculture Building

Tuesday, August 3, 2010
Agriculture Building will be open to receive entries from 7 AMto 12 PM (noon)
Communities may set up their booths from 7 AM until the building closes at 8 PM
We will continue to receive entries for Agriculture and Horticulture until building
closes at 8 PM
Judging will begin for Culinary, Needlework, Fine Arts & Crafts and Photography at 1 PM

Wednesday, August 4, 2010- OPENING DAY OF FAIR
Agriculture Building will be open at 6:30 AM
Floriculture will receive entries from 6:30 AM until 9 AM
Judging to begin for Agriculture and Horticulture at 8 AM
Judging to begin for Floriculture at 9 AM

Flag Raising Ceremony at 1 PM

Ribbons for Community Booths will be in place the morning of Thursday, August 5.
Premiums will be paid Thursday thru Saturday in the Agriculture Building
from 3 PM until 6:30 PM daily.
NO PREMIUMS WILL BE PAID OUT ON SUNDAY, August 8!!!

Premiums can be picked up at the fair office, DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS up to
10 business days after the fair—August 20, 2010.
Entry pick up is on Sunday, August 8 between the hours of 10 AM and 1 PM
