Event Center Vendors
***All Event Center spots are filled.***
Set up- Monday, August 2 & Tuesday, August 3—8:00AM to 8:00 PM
Admission gates open at 9:00 AM each day of the fair.
Delivery on grounds is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM each day of the fair.
Open to vendors at 10:30 AM each day of the fair.
Open to the public 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM each day of the fair.
Night Security patrolling the grounds beginning Tuesday, August 3.
Tear Down:
Sunday, August 8 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or on Saturday night, August 7 after 11:00 PM
Each booth will have one designated parking spot in the “New” Parking Lot across the canal.
Outdoor Vendors
Set up- Tuesday, August 3 late afternoon/evening
